Rachel Gordon (b. 1997) is a Scottish artist whose practice converses with fundamental aspects of photography—elevating the commonplace, finding significance in the mundane, and embracing gratitude for life's subtleties. The transformative process of the darkroom is significant to her work, allowing for a distinct kind of performative hapticality and tactile encounter with both physical and imagined space.
