Rachel Gordon (b. 1997) is a Scottish photographic artist based in London. Her work engages with notions of contingency and longing. She is drawn to how thoughts, memories and experiences unravel in unfamiliar ways through imagery. Darkroom printing is a significant component of her practice, as it allows for a distinct kind of performative hapticality and tactile encounter with both physical and imagined space.
